These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.pudlies.com and your purchases from Pudlies (“Pudlies,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our store runs on Shopify.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, and have a shipping address in the United States.

Our products

The Pudlies Pup Filter is a shower water filter that reduces free chlorine, rust and sediment. It is not a water softener and it is not a medical or veterinary product. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Results vary by dog, water and routine. If your dog has a skin or health problem, talk to your veterinarian. Follow the included instructions and replace cartridges as recommended.

We try to describe and show products accurately. Colors and details may look slightly different on your screen.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices before you place an order. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment. Your order is an offer to buy, and we accept it when we ship it.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Pudlies or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Other trademarks belong to their owners.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site, interfere with how it works, try to access it without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is,” and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. This does not limit any warranty or right you have under law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Pudlies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable U.S. federal law. You keep any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
