60-day return policy
You can return your order within 60 days of the date it was delivered.
- Condition: items must be unused and returned in their original box.
- Shipping: you pay the cost of shipping your return to us. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- How to start a return: email hello@pudlies.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery. We will reply with return instructions.
- Refunds: once we receive your return and confirm it is unused and in its original box, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show the refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@pudlies.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you.
Shipping Protection
Orders with Shipping Protection are reshipped or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged in transit and reported within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us as soon as you can. If it has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
