Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pudlies (“Pudlies,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit www.pudlies.com or buy from us. Questions? Email hello@pudlies.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, contact us or sign up for emails, we collect details such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details and anything you write to us. If you enter an email in your cart to receive the included e-book, we collect that email.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers, such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you use the site, we and our service providers collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the website that sent you here, and how you interact with the site. We collect this through cookies, pixels and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
Water check tool. The ZIP code you type into the water check runs in your browser and is not sent to us.
How we use information
- To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds
- To send the e-book included with your order
- To respond to your messages
- To send marketing emails if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To measure and show advertising, including on social media
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us run the store, including:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and runs checkout. See Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
- Payment providers, such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay and PayPal
- Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners that deliver your order
- Apps that power store features, such as bundle offers and product reviews
- Advertising and analytics partners, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which receive information about your visit and purchases through pixels and cookies
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
Selling and sharing. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do allow advertising partners such as Meta to collect information through cookies and pixels on our site so they can show you ads. Some state laws call this “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” You can limit it through your browser’s cookie settings, as described in our Cookie Policy, and through your ad settings on the platforms you use.
Your choices and rights
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Cookies: see our Cookie Policy.
- Access, correction and deletion: email hello@pudlies.com to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it. We may need to confirm your identity, and we may keep some records, such as order records, where the law requires it.
Depending on where you live, you may have more privacy rights under state law. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to them, so we do not currently respond to them.
How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We keep other information only as long as it is useful for the purposes described in this policy.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, and checkout is encrypted. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.
Where we operate
We sell to customers in the United States, and information is processed in the United States.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
